PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

The client understands that the 3 monthly payments of $222, is non-refundable.

The client agrees to pay the purchase price and not to cancel this transaction with their bank or credit card company. Nikki Colmone and The Dark Goddess Collective (referred to as Coach here forth) is not responsible for any overdraft charges, over-limit charges, or NSF fees by the client’s bank or credit card company. Should the client have charges decline it is up to the client to update their method of payment. Should this not be rectified in 15 days, the client's access to material will be revoked until payment can be up to date.

The coaches will keep the client's information private and will not share the client’s information to any third party unless compelled to by law.

The client’s purchase may include different components, including e-books, videos, audio tracks, manuals, guides, webinars, coaching, training courses, voice messages, and/or other products and services. The client agrees not to share login information, call-in numbers, passwords, documents or protected links with anyone unless noted by the coach.
